About the event

This is a 2-day course (8-hours) online Anger Management Course designed to guide individuals as they learn new educational models to manage their anger.  We will focus on self-observation and learn new skills and strategies to enhance emotional awareness. With new tools and life skills, anger can be managed for greater effectiveness in your personal and professional life.

This is a two-day course that goes from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.

Class size is limited to ensure that each participant receives ample support and individual attention. Participants will work from a Participant Guide, PowerPoint, and additional resources. A pre-course packet will be sent to you before the start of the first session. Please complete it honestly and thoroughly.

The course is not structured for individual therapeutic dealings in class, though questions are encouraged.  Participants will have the opportunity to enroll in a one-on-one coaching program or counseling sessions if needed. A certificate of completion will be awarded upon completion of the course.
