Carl Casanova, M.S., PCC

Carl Casanova is the Founder and Director of New Vibe Training, Oregon's first Coach Certification Training School. He has more than 20 years of experience working in the human development sector, including as a seminar leader, keynote speaker, mental health therapist, teacher, and business coach for several Fortune 500 companies. Carl is committed to helping his clients find their professional purpose and work towards their mission, and he does so with a motivational style that is incomparable to others.
Carl graduated from Oregon State University with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and he also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vanguard University, both of which gave him the proper training to confidently assist others in finding their own success. He is the author of several informative and motivational books, "What Every Successful Person Knows", "Help I Am Angry", and "Blueprint for Success", in which he co-authored with Dr. Ken Blanchard and the late Dr. Stephen Covey.
As the Founder of New Vibe Training, Carl uses his expertise and passion for inspiring others to reach their highest potential and obtain success. He is extremely influential in various business and community settings, and also serves as an adjunct professor at several Portland-area universities and community colleges. Carl's professional background, his authorship, and his highly motivated personality all contribute to him providing his clients with coaching and training that will enable them to become accomplished in all facets of their lives.
Brian Remsburg, ACC

Brian and his wife, Maryann own and operate a coaching company called Adventurous Life. Together, they coach others to develop an adventurous mindset and accomplish things they never thought were possible. Brian enjoys exploring, discovering truths, and leading people on journeys. He is passionate about learning new things and teaching others.
Before owning a coaching company, Brian spent 20 years in the education and training fields motivating others to challenge themselves to reach their full potential. He has a Bachelor's degree in education and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership. He is an Associate Certified Coach and continues to inspire people to maximize their abilities through coaching conversations.
Brian serves as a trainer & facilitator for New Vibe.
Julie Sies, ACC

Julie holds an ACC Accreditation with the International Coaching Federation and is a Transformational Leadership ™ Business Consultant, Trainer, and Coach. She is also certified as a Core Values Index Facilitator. Her passion is to work with individuals and teams to build heart and character, creating alignment and success for every endeavor. She has over 30 years of experience leading and developing teams in a variety of sectors, including non-profits, churches, government agencies, and small businesses. She is the owner of Exponential Functions, a Leadership Development Company.
As an entrepreneur herself, she has served as a catalyst for growth and change—always building individuals and teams, programs, and processes in order to expand their reach. She holds an MBA from George Fox University, a BA from Chico State University, Julie and her husband Dale have been married for 39 years with two adult daughters, and with two terrific grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, golf, just about any activity outdoors, spending time with their family and volunteering in the local community.
Bob Black, ACC

A graduate of Syracuse University, Bob was trained as an engineer and also receive his MBA. He was nearly 20 years into a successful career in the medical device industry. He jumped from his stable career to become a financial advisor, guided by a life mission. Turns out, it was the start of the adventure of his life, and 15 years later he has never looked back.
Drawing on his personal experience, financial advising skills and now as a certified personal leadership coach, he has helped hundreds of people find the path to experience the adventure of their lives. Bob holds certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Core Values Index (CVI) assessment. He shares his methods as an author in his self-coaching book, Unlock Your Life. Bob and his wife, Sue, live in Sunriver, OR.
Dr. Calvin Habig, DMin, PCC

Cal Habig, PCC has been coaching for over ten years. He graduated from New Vibe training in the spring of 2010 and has continued to be involved in both the local as well as global world of coaching. Cal has served on the executive board of ICF-Oregon as well as was co-chair of the ICF Global Ethics Community of Practice. He continues serving with ICF Global, particularly in the realm of coaching ethics.
After over thirty years of executive leadership in the not-for-profit world, Cal provides leadership coaching for executives of non-profit organizations through his business “Values Driven Leaders”. Additionally, as an ICF-approved mentor coach, he provides ICF approved mentor coaching for coaches either seeking ICF credentialing or renewal of their credentials.
Cal has been published in several professional journals as well as having published four books including “The Teachable Journey” (on growing in teachability) as well as “It Rises and Falls on Leadership” (a leadership training model for churches and other faith-based organizations).
Cal lives in the Portland metro area, is married and has two adult sons and eight grandchildren. He and his wife enjoy camping and hiking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
