ICF - Certified Professional Coach Training Program (CORE)
Enrollment Agreement
Please carefully read the information below and initial each statement.
I understand and agree that New Vibe Training, LLC requires a $500.00 deposit with any
admission documents in order to reserve my space in the ICF - Certified Professional Coach
Training Program.  The deposit is applied toward my tuition.

I understand and agree that the Foundations for Coach Leadership is a requisite to the ICF -
Certified Professional Coach Training Program.  If, for some reason, I am unable to take the
Foundations for Coach Leadership course prior to the certification program, I will complete it
before graduation.

I understand and agree that if I choose to utilize New Vibe Training's tuition payment installment
program or customized plan, my balance must be paid in full prior to receiving my Professional
Coach Certification.  I also realize, I have 30 days after graduation to complete all coursework or
pay an administrative fee of $250.00 to receive my certificate.
Tuition & Fees
It is the policy of New Vibe Training, LLC to maintain an academic and work environment free of discrimination.  All students shall have

ICF - Foundations for Coach Leadership (FFCL):
The Certified Professional Coach Program (CORE) requires participants to take the Foundations for Coach Leadership Course as a
requisite to the CORE program.  The Foundations for Coach Leadership Course can also be taken in its entirety as a single training
course.   The cost is $250.00 paid in advance and in addition to the CORE program tuition.   

ICF - Certified Professional Coach Training (CORE):
Tuition:  $3,500 - six modules, comprehensive ICF Certified Professional Coach Training
This includes the following:
-        Exemplary Professional Instruction
-        Innovative and Relevant Curriculum
-        Books (3) from various authors
-        Coaching Notebook with Coaching Tools and Resources
-        Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Assessment (MBTI)
-        Personal Mentor Coach for One Intake and Four Sessions
-        Multiple Applied Coaching Experiences
-        A Supportive Community of Like-Minded Individuals
-        126 ICF Accredited Coach Training hours
-        On-going support before, during, and after the Accreditation Program

Deposit: $500.00 (due with Application and Enrollment Agreement)

Interest Free Payment Options:  

Please mark the option that is most convenient for you – note that payment options other than “Pay in Full” involve a payment plan
processing fee of $25.00 per month.  There is also a $10.00 fee for past due payments:

Pay in Full:  Pay tuition in full by the starting date of course and receive a $100 discount.  Pay via check, money order,  Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.  (Deposit applied toward total)

•        3 installments of $1142.00 includes a $25 per month processing fee

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

A student may cancel enrollment in the Coaching Certification Course by giving written notice to the school.  It notice occurs:

(a) Within three business days of the date of enrollment and prior to the start of classes, all monies paid shall be refunded; or
(b) After three business days of the date of enrollment and prior to the start of classes, the school will retain the registration fee, and
will fully refund the student for any Tuition and Administrative fees paid.

The enrollment date will be the date on which the applicant submitted this agreement online.

The Books & Materials Fee is refundable, less the cost of the books/materials retained by student at time of cancellation; student may
return all books and materials in same condition in which they were received for a full refund.

If the student or the school terminates training after classes have started, unless the school has discontinued the instruction program,
the student is financially obligated to the school according to the following;

  • If a student withdraws prior to completion of 50 percent of the contracted instructional program, the student shall be entitled to a
    pro rata refund on the tuition charged and paid for such instructional program, less Registration Fee and Books & Materials Fee.
  • If a student withdraws upon completion of 50 percent or more of the contracted instructional program, the student shall be
    obligated for the tuition charged for the entire instructional program and shall not be entitled to any refund.
  • Pro rata means a refund of tuition paid for that portion of the program offered by the school as of the date of students
    withdrawl.  The date for determining that portion shall be the published course scheduled and the last date of attendance by the
    student.

Once the online application is completed, school officials will review your application materials. (Keep a copy for your files)

received a copy of the course outline, course schedule, and school financial policies (available on the website), and

I understand my enrollment may be terminated from the program for failing to respect the rights, priviledges,
property of others, or for interfering with the school operation, or endangering the health and/or wealth of others.
