FOUNDATIONS FOR COACH LEADERSHIP APPLICATION
ICF Accredited - Foundations for Coach Leadership (Two day Course)
Requisite to the CORE ICF Certified Professional Coach Training Program
Whether your intention is self-employment, working in an organization, or exclusively self-enrichment, this 2 day coach
training course will give you a thorough introduction to personal and professional coaching. Learn to utilize your
leadership skills through a coaching approach and enhance success in all areas of your life. Discover how this
professional module to work with people is right for you. This course is a prerequisite to the CORE ICF - Certified
Professional Coach Training Course.
Course studies include:
The (ICF) essential foundations of coaching (the study of BEING)
Effective and caring tools to coach others toward transformation
The heart and the five roles of the masterful Coach
How to use coaching assessments and skills in professional and personal settings
How to coach others to achieve results and to obtain their desired outcomes
Hours of training: 24 (hours include fieldwork assignments done outside of class time)
Tuition and Fees:
The Foundations for Coach Leadership course is a requisite to the CORE Certification course but can also be taken as a
stand-alone training. Tuition for this course is $250.00, which includes a non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 and is
due one week prior to the first day of class.

Pay via check, money order, Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. Make checks payable to New Vibe
Training, LLC. You may also call the office and pay by telephone. There are no payment plans for this individual course;
payment plans are only available when enrolled in the ICF - Certified Professional Coach Training Course (CORE). A
Certificate of Completion will be issued upon compliance.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
A student may cancel enrollment by giving written notice to the school. If notice occurs:
a) Within three business days of the date of enrollment and prior to the start of classes, all monies paid shall be refunded;
or
b) After three business days from the date of enrollment and prior to the start of classes, the school will retain the $50.00
registration fee, and will fully refund the student for any tuition and administrative material fees paid.
